Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase in the salon or over the phone. If you purchase a gift certificate over the phone, we can either mail it to your lucky recipient or simply keep it in our files. Elixir salon gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard for any product purchase and service payment with Elixir salon employees.

Gratuities

If you choose to leave a gratuity, please do so in the form of cash or a personal check directly to your Elixir salon spa professional. Gratuities may not be added to credit card payments or written into checks made out to Elixir salon.

Paying an Elixir Salon Independent Operator

Independent contractors accept only cash and check for service payment.

Cancellation Policy

Elixir salon reserves your appointment time just for you. We respectfully require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. We understand that "life happens", and when it does, we will do everything we can to fill a last-minute cancellation. If we are unable to fill your reserved appointment time with another client, we will ask you to pay a missed service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Elixir Salon Environment

In order to maintain a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for you, we ask all of our clients and staff members to turn off cell phones while in the service area. Another essential component in maintaining our environment is that we ask all parents receiving services to arrange childcare for their small children during the appointment. Pets are not allowed in either Elixir salon, due to client allergies and sensitivities.

Elixir Salon Guarantee

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In fact, we guarantee it! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a service rendered, simply contact the front desk to schedule a follow-up. The follow-up appointment must be within 14 days of the original service and will allow for concerns to be addressed and, ideally, rectified.

Product Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from Elixir salon, you may return the unused portion in exchange for another product better suited to your needs.

Appointments

We at Elixir want to ensure that you never have a bad hair day, allow your skin to look anything less than fabulous, or let your body to ache with pain. For your convenience, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave. This practice allows you to receive an appointment that works well with your busy schedule, and it is particularly important if you desire to receive service during peak hours (evenings or weekends).
